While the sheet looks nice to me, there are a few points I am not really OK with. They are the following:
- too many positive entries in the Skills/Abilities pool and a Deep Chakra reserve, which I take is meant as a larger one 
- the limit for starting Genin techniques is 4x D - Rank and two times a C - Rank technique 

It is a nice sheet in overal. See to these points, notify me or I will check it out as soon a I can tomorrow!
