History: Vex always felt like his life was a bit weird. But yet too normal, aside from that time a random person came up to him and screamed in his face "“I’ll slap you with a sea bass” That was pretty strange.
Personality: A little crazy, Likes to jump around, always knows more then he let's on. Makes comments. Likes to stalk people, in the not telling them ever sort of way.
