Too far from most civilization, only wandering into the city for barter. The reason that their people stayed hidden was because they were wealthy in mythril and do not want it to fall into the wrong hands. They moderated exactly how much they leaked into society. The demand on mythril was so great that the Draconis could set the price. Being the chieftain's son, Kyden was next in line to take over the village if something should happen to his father. Kyden was one of two others in the whole tribe who spoke the universal language, being taught by his father. It was the prince's duty to handle trade affairs and become a liaison to other places. It was good practice for chieftainship after all. Kyden was starting to really like trading and getting out of the jungle. He was his father's only child so the chieftain let him have free reign. "Where am I going next father?" Kyden asked with a bit too much eagerness in his voice. "Are you that eager to be gone of me my son?" Xanthar replied. "Um... sorry, no. I... just... I really like seeing new things and sights. I love the village and our beautiful forests, but there is so much to see. Did you know they make a magic fire that explodes in the sky!?" Kyden's eyes lit up. A hint of recognition flashed in his father's eyes. Kyden saw the mist forming. "Did I do something wrong father?" "Oh, no.. Nothing wrong at all son. It's just sometimes you are the spitting image of your mother." Kyden winced. He knew where this conversation was going. "It's ok father, I can call off the convoy. They just told me this new batch of mythril was the most malleable they have found yet." Kyden did his best to hide his disappointment in his voice. He genuinely did not want to upset his father, but at the same time, he was ready to take another venture. Kyden let out a deep breath and started heading for his hut. "You leave for Moro Zera, first thing in the morning. They are interested in using mythril for their fishing hooks, I think this is an acceptable thing... don't you?" Kyden bull rushed his father with a huge embrace. He knew how hard for him this always was. "Just make sure you take care, I don't know a whole lot about the region."
