Actually that is quite true because the earlier version had what you call a small trigger problem where when you pulled the trigger the bolt would fly back hit the trigger mechanism and in turn this hits your fingers at the same time. So basically the older version hurt to use for long periods of time. The ten is actually the version where they modified the trigger and bolt action so that it no longer flings back and hurts your finger plus the clip was modified more like the AK-47, however the clip works a lot better with the 10 because the older versions often would malfunction or the feed would get damaged because of the awkward loading of the clip.
