Vlad chuckled. It was hard to get a response out of Slade. But Vlad appreciated a challenge. Slade wasn't likely to fight back because that would be a response. Vlad let one hand caress the boy's leg while the other brought out a lighter. He watched the boy carefully while he light the lighter and laid the flame against the boys cheek.
