That only addresses some of the problem, though.

People can make up horrendously broken NP's or use people who didn't exist in mythology or history and no-one would know until those things were revealed. At the very least there should be someone who gets the complete bios PMed to them with the thread getting identity and NP's omitted, and even then that's a little unfair for people who didn't know that the identity would be an OOC secret.
