So, to get this straight-He was born in Japan, every human in the country mysteriously discovered his identity and cast him out of his home country as a collective force, leaving literally no way for him to remain in the country where he had been born and raised. He travelled around for a while before moving to America (known for its casual relationship with Japan in history, especially during WWII) and joined the MILITARY, who of course would trust a Japanese guy with no history. Then, naturally, he decided to travel to the UK for some insubstantial reason. Is that about right?
No, his Identity was not discovered, he had to leave for other reasons. I when I was writing it I had other things on my mind and sort of wrote most of that wrong, As stated, he did travel to the US a lot earlier than 1900's so that would be before WWII. The name Shinkoku is what I had originally planned to write the first time I submitted it for his last name. But for a vampire that has been living on earth for this long should not keep the same identity (I don't think an ID from 150 years ago would be smart to hang on to.) So moving around getting new identification to be able to take flights in the more modern world one would have to keep quiet about it. Of course in his travels he could have run into troubles, stayed in a place to long and people may have gotten suspicious. I am going to edit the CS a bit more, make some things more clear, I got carried away I apologize if this confused you. Thank you for pointing this out. Also @Draconilian Blackbury as imperfectionist stated, it's a haven, and happen to come across it in his travels? How else would the population of supernatural creatures get to be so big there. If tourists are shot on sight, he had to have shown up pretty early. Also the bit at the end, it's how he feels.
