Chord was hired to take some weird hilts from an energy user in the city. Some punk who's hero parents were dead heroes and he was trying his best to follow in their footsteps. Guy was a dick though, constantly asking for rewards. He was someone Chord would get along with if he wasn't enabling a corrupt government that his father spent years cleaning up. He launched all 10 cables from his hands and began to scale the brick building. "Ra, get me some data on this kid. I want to know what he does, what he looks like and if you know how to beat him." He muttered. He saw Ra’eesah flash beside him with a clipboard in her hands. 'One page? can I get a little more? I hear he's nearly killed a few baddies from my employer. Says they're rumors that he actually did kill someone." He stated with a gust of air out of his nose at the end. A light laugh followed. Ra'eesah vanished for a moment and returned with a book this time labeled 'Registered Heroes: Energy Wielders' and opened to somewhere near the end. "First off, you're wrong. He has a perfectly clean record, don't be an asshole and get yourself killed to ruin it for him. His powers include life energy manipulation, allowing him to drain a living thing or make connections with them, as well as making explosions of some sort, apparently with the same energy. He seems way more fun than you, chord boy." She said with a heavy layer of sass. "Anything else, master?" she said. "Yeah, what am I stealing again? A sword hilt? Why would my employer need that? he could just make one, couldn't he?" he thought as he neared a window that lead into the upper floor of his apartment. Fun thing about it was that it was locked. He retracted his right hand's cables and hug on the wall next to the window, debating his next move while peeking in occasionally. Most of his heists didn't happen midday. Ra’eesah was scanning the indoors for anything valuable while also looking for the hilts. Nothing too valuable was found and the hilts weren't in this room. He tapped the window to see if he could get the punk to open it up for him.
