Noel watched the girl as Sam made his way down to her. After being frozen she turned away from the window and Walked to her dressee. Throwing on the first blue t-shirt and blue jeans she found she ran down the stairs and too the door. 

Watching the out a partially cracked open door she just listened for a moment to afraid to show her face. The girl said something about the orphanage. Maybe it was her after all.
