A straight-up infantryman? That's actually probably for the best, since we didn't have anyone that was purely for just, well, shooting things in an average firefight. I mean, we got an engineer with a drone and a rifle, an assault that's primarily about getting in close, a long/medium range sniper, a heavy with a mech suit and a shotgun, and a stealthy operative. Now that we have a generic infantryman, I'd say we have a pretty well-rounded squad. Hell, this is startng to feel like a game of XCOM. (except we can actually shoot straight)
