Personality: Charlie is a role model stereotypical Canadian. No act of kindness is out of the question and nothing can cause him to break his polite composure. This is an act. When in pursuit of his goal, Charlie will stop at nothing and no act is considered to be out of bounds. In his own words, [i]'Do not fear what I am physically capable of. Instead fear what I am mentally capable of.'[/i]

Weapon: Guns, explosives, and a complete lack of moral grounding.

Abilities: As an Alchemist Charlie is capable of Flash Air, displacing matter and shifting space to his will. He is also capable of Memory Partition, dividing his thoughts into independant processes although his is limited to three rooms. He uses these abilities to fight without the use of his eyes, acting on sounds with ruthless efficiency.

History/Background: Before an losing his eyesight in Eastern Europe, Charlie was devoted to working with the Atlas academy to avoid the end of the world.
