Guess he could be but he pretty much always acts he loooooves everyone. Sure, he'll drop kick people if they are being a total **** by torturing people, stealing from the poor from people who truly need their money, and such, but he will turn around and go "Sorry but you were naughty. I still wuv you beautiful 8D!"

Course he does have a darker side but it's more depressing then actual anger <.<
