The sound of the monorail over head snapped Atrix out from his deep sleep. Wiping the drool the from the back of his hand he stood up to greet yet another wonderful day in paradise, as he looked up the sun had a nice blue tin to it as it tried to pierce the smog this day. Looking around from the bench he woke up at Atrix could tell he was far from paradise. "What time is it.." Atrix mumbled to himself looking down at watch the digital screen reading back six in the morning. His stomach began to rumble, he had almost forgotten it has been three days since his last meal. "Time to grab a bite to eat" Atrix chuckled to himself. He began making his way up the street, he was in the middle district, shops and restaurants dotted the street as he walked by smelling the enchanting smell of fresh bread and cooked meats. Dressed as he is he did not blend very well with the crowed of people making there way to work like drones. Passing by some street stalls now Atrix was trying to figure out a way to swipe some much needed food. He spotted his chance, some stall owner arguing with some rather heavy set lady about prices being to high, wasent his fault grain and meat is hard to get now days with the food shortage going on, and by looking at he looks like missing a meal would not hurt her one bit. Sneaking in closer pretending to be a spectator to this argument he saw on his left a rather nice loaf of bread, watching closely waiting for the right moment his army shot down and snatched the loaf. The owner turned around at the wrong time to see him lifting the bread "Oh shit!" Atrix exclaimed and began to run down the street making his way to the back ally. The shop owner began yelling "Stop thief" but it was to late, Atrix has done this dozen of times and was far faster then the aging shop owner. Laughing to himself as he made his escape he ducked into an abandoned building, sitting there for a moment just to make sure no one had followed him he began breaking off chunks of the bread and stuffing them in his face, he noticed the bread had mold on it, it did not bother him it was the freshest meal he has had for sometime.
