no powers in the beginning, only weapons.
and as far as restrictions apply, nothinng that can decimate a city, or kill in one hit, at least at first.
ask rusty for further info, he knows what i expect, and mina does too.
also, if your the same stryder i think you are, lets start this rp on the right foot this time, the slates have been wiped clean, lets keep it that way. i will be far more strict with this one, as i feel perhaps i was too lenient in the original one with several people. i have a feeling that things will go smoothly this time around, if we could get like ten more people in this. 

also, i will be making an accepted character sheet thread for this, once i figure out where that would be located at.
