Dave was about to react when Momo asked about getting ice cream. At that, Dave said "First time is happenstance, second time is coincidence, and three times is fate. One more time then there might be, but I don't think why we shouldn't. I mean, today could have been better but it could have been a lot worse if we didn't show up. While I don't believe in fate very much, but I for some reason or another we all found each other back there and here. Now I'm going to say that maybe little miss alien here has a point. Also I have no problem getting ice cream, can't taste it but I can buy it" With his words said, Dave waited for anyone to reply as he turned his gaze skyward. 

Magnifying his vision several times, Dave tried to see some stars. Which was hard, the "city that never sleeps" had so much light that finding any stars would be nigh impossible without a good telescope. Lost in his stargazing, Dave idly thought that he would definitely like some ice cream.
