Silently Noel watched Sam and the girl talk for a moment before Jeffery walked past her and out the door. His head was bandaged up pretty well but he seemed to be okay. Noel frowned slightly remembering his tumble.
 It seemed as though the girl didn't remember them but they remembered her. Maybe going out to talk to her wouldn't be so bad. Her hand reached for the doorknob when she heard Sam invite her in. The girl approached and Noel let lose a squeak before darting around a corner. She had never been good with people outside of her family but this just brought painful memories. First her nightmare, then a girl who used to be her friend. Noel was sure the past was trying to catch up with her. 
[i]"You shouldn't be so rude."[/i] She reminded herself mentally. [i]"Just smile."[/i]

Despite of her own advice she stood peeking around a corner waiting for her brothers and the girl to come in.
