Please do not be offended, Ikey. I think this concept is splendid, Ikey. All I'm trying to say is that if you do not put your foot down, it'll be a major fail on every type of scale. You do not have to take my opinions, seriously. I think I may sound stupid, really. 

But I'll try to list your good shit. I applaud you for being able to try and run this with this many people, I'll never be able to. Your bravery and ability to act calm will indeed reward you in the near future. Playing peace keeper in such a good way, it was amazing. Applause.
