Starr couldn't believe the girl had touched her. She didn't even take a momet to hesitate. As soon as Koko touched her, Starr sent a blast of heated wave like matter at the girl sending her flying into a nearby wall. The whole guild grew silent in shock. She rose from her wooden chair. From her appearance she looked like a child but her red eyes were cold and frightening. And they were locked onto Koko. Inside she was annoyed and angered but you couldn't tell by looking at her. Just like it always was. 

"Next time, don't touch me." Starr simply stated.
