Well to me Reincarnation could mean several things.

- Everyone being basically reborn in their new world in which they have to learn and grow.
- If they rebuild a seriously scum of the earth city to be reborn to one that is prosperous and powerful.
- or ironic in the fact this is a video game.. But they don't get reincarnated if they die :D
