His attack didn't pierce all the way, but that wasn't the intention, all he had to do was touch and get the poison off, all he needed was two more pokes and his muscles should pretty much resisting his urge to move. Yet even with his current muscle stiffness, he still moved pretty fast, enough to move towards his back again, but unlike the blade something already hit him in the back and sent him flying right through a building. Ryutaro coughed up some blood before standing up and shunpoing a few feet in front of the arrancar, Ryutaro then took a deep breath before he fired off his own cero at the man, while with his right hand he opened up another portal and dropped one part of his shikai down the poratl while the other portal was above the mans head. The cero was nothing more than a diversion to get a chance to stiffen his muscles some more.
