He merely shrugged as she said that she can't heal, like he wanted to say "I don't mind that", but this time managed to refrain himself. "Sure seems endless, I'll give you that." He said, turning around to burst a Sokatsui directly into a Swarm that appeared behind him. "Do you mind? I'm trying to have a conversation here." 

"So," he said as he targeted another Swarm with his Sokatsui, helping a far-away Shinigami with his adversary, "How do you and Nishiki know each other?"
