For the most part the sheet is excellent. There's just the phrase "second to none" which I dislike because it implies there are no inventors at brilliant or even more brilliant. Minor issue however. 

The major issue is the Perpetual Motion she invented. That kind of discovery is... enormous and way beyond the scope of probability. Technology has jumped decades into the future because of the Awakening not centuries. Some kind of fusion battery or hydrogen fuel cell would be more plausible. Also it's extremely rare for there to only be temporary enhancements but again a minor issue.

Everything else is looking good so far.
