Not really, since canonically that only applies if the Servant was fighting in their homeland, or in their geographical region (King Arthur/Britain, Hercules/Greek areas, etc.). Never says anything about them being moved from one place to another.

And just for simplicity's sake, we'll just have it so that there will be no territorial boost mechanic whatsoever in this universe, since again this universe is not related to the nasuverse in anyway and things that apply there wont necessarily apply here.
