Shadow grinned when she acknowleged his compliments. Mortimer simply returned a gentle and well-mannered nod with his head. "Excellent. Some are leaving the circus, let me take care of those then." Mortimer walked to the center of the tent. It was now empty, no one was around and they were either outside with Mina or heading home. He pointed his black ring up into the hole in the tent and a dark mist started to propagate from the ring. There were thousands of faces on the mist, revealing they were souls. Suddenly, screams of agony only the workers could hear started to appear and more souls started to enter his ring. A thunderbolt sealed the ring once again, and Mortimer looked at Shadow. "Nice Job we have here," Shadow joked.
