This is a good idea, I tried it in the last attempt but I could never seem to get it right, this group seems a lot more self-motivated than most so I think we could make it work. I probably should make it so completed quests give people that sweet gear we all kinda want (some quest rewards might be tailor-made for specific characters). However, I will wait until our guild is fully formed before I start up those quests. Also with that being said it looks like we are officially "Reincarnated" or maybe "THE Reincarnated". 

I'm also trying to figure out how we could run large guild-based scenes. Like if we all group together to take out a boss. Anyone have an idea on how we could organize that so its as smooth as possible? Maybe a variety of small collab posts or turn all boss fights into massive battle-esque scenes with a large variety of minions? I don't just want a mass of confusing posts with everyone takes shots at a boss until someone just takes it out, I feel like that might be sort of less exciting than it could be...
