There really isn't that much of a difference between "Casual" and "High Casual." It just means that the standards for writing posts are going to be a little bit stricter then regular old casual. I expect good long meaty posts from everyone, rather then hurried-out one-line "I hit the dude with my sord" type things. 

Also, asking questions is never annoying, please, feel free to ask away.
