Dameon watched in shock as the tall redheaded girl tossed what he assumed to be a sizable sum of coin onto the table. Were they in cahoots? He had considered paying for the meal himself in order to gain their trust and perhaps earn his passage to Dayaman or Gorudo. This girl had quickly dashed all hopes for that however, and he was getting desperate. He briefly considered just running over and introducing himself, but thought better of it.

"Better to wait and see how this plays out" he thought, "I can't expose myself quite yet." He hunched lower and moved a few feet closer to the trio.
