The premise of what you're describing here is basically that of Agents of Shield. I think the only difference would be is that in MIB the people work in one base whereas AoS is about a group that works in the shadows, but still with Shield. The show has a slow start, but it's quite good and expands on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
