Penny say the scene of the guy creating a cascade of people falling. She frowned, watching with some concern. Look about, she followed after the guy, into an alleyway. Penny had this trouble with minding her on business, but the guy looked as if at any moment he would just kneel over and die. 

So of course she would offer to help. 

"hi" She said brightly, loudly, cheerfully, "Do you need a hand? Seriously, You look as if you've been through the mill once o twice. Do you need a hand? Cause I think if you don't take offered help, you might just never leave this alley. At least let me get you a drink or something" She said, really trying to be friendly, for she believed she had caused the mess back in the market place. Her appearance probably hand't been the best.
