When Ander got to the gate, he could see people laying out all over the place. He was sure that they weren't dead, but something was definitely going on here. His large crystal came out from it's sheath and split in half. The two pieces then lowered themselves down the the ground as he stepped onto them. He noticed that Shade was coming this way as well. Although he stayed long enough to make sure nothing attacked him in his sleep, he didn't really want to talk to him, or anyone for that matter. Talking to people....it just seemed to make matters worse for him normally. He went to leave before Shade could say anything to him, trying to skate into the air so he could leave the matter behind him and figure out what was going on.

(ooc: He doesn't know Shade's name, but I figured it would be easier to say his name outside of him talking instead of "the boy from earlier" or anything like that.)
