To be honest as far as some key major players go I'd like to not give too much detail and play it by ear. We could possibly use them later if we need 'em for the story. This way like if we somehow ended up in latveria later down the line we could decide "doom died" or "doom has secretly been forming an rebellion" or "doom is like decrepit" we could decide anything. Same goes for the sorcerer supreme.

Only thing was that it would die off within a month or two. Finally one night Dr. Doom was fed up with the project and left the labs. Little did he know that the creature was had only played dead. Suddenly it sparked back to life and shattered the glass. Alarms sounded but it was too late the creature was already jumping into a control panel and traveling the power lines out of Doom’s Castle. The creature had a flaw and that was that it had to take a human host to survive. It finally arrived at an area that had a small human population. The creature jumped from the line to a human that was below and fled. Over the years he has jumped from person to person staying a secret afraid of anything that could get him locked up or that something might kill him. Finally though when the world overtaken by the leader he decided to make a stand; he found a human male in that accepted him willingly. The bond that the two forged was unbreakable (as in they can’t be separated without killing one or the other.) Their bio-rhythms synced up perfectly and Tesla was truly born. One day while out fighting off a minor brigade of robots he was contacted by someone but he could hear the voice in his head. The voice gave him a set of coordinates and told him to build a onetime use teleporter to get there otherwise he could not enter nor pass the test. Tesla was wary about trusting the voice but something told him that this was an opportunity that he didn’t want to miss. He did as the voice said and wound up in the base with JARVIS and the rest of the gang.

Hmmm I hope you don't mind me asking you to change energy to electricity manipulation. Being that Nova is an energy user I'd like to not have two characters with such similar abilities. However, denying you for such a petty reason would be stupid. And your powers are more suited and written to match electricity. So you could absorb and manipulate electricity, but not other forms of energy. Would that be alright?
