It's really simple in theory. Just do something that can cause immediate, or fairly quick, brain death. Decapitation. Head shot. Alternatively you could knock them out, and then just suffocate or stab them in a major organ. If you have balls the size of the moon, or have no other options, you could kill them by stabbing them in a major organ (I recommend heart) and holding the blade there to prevent the wound from healing. 

In practice however, it's a whole nother ball game. Full blooded Archangels (who aren't like Lucien) have access to all class powers. This includes clairvoyance. 99% of the time, they'll know a sneak attack is coming with ample time to prepare. That and you know, they can summon f5 tornadoes, make you believe anything unless you can pierce illusions (Richard) or are well accustomed to dealing with and then breaking illusions (Lucien), and can heal damn quickly.
