These three appear to have the most reports of SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REGARDING NARCOTICS AND PIRACY UNDER SAZKARJHIA INTERGALACTIC SECURITY ADMINISTRATION [SEC 7 PASS 4]. While it cannot be confirmed to be the SYLVE SARDON'HUM NARCOTICS CORPORATION, known to most as the "Sylve Faction", most of these reports have spoke of the mentioned group. No ship is ordered to destroy any Sylve vessel. Not only will this make protecting civilian manifest easier, but it will also make it easier to acquire SYLVE HIGH-RANKING PERSONNEL.

By acquiring CAPTAIN TRAGALO'HUM, known colloquially as "Switch", it will help us in bringing down Sylve in this supersector of the universe.
