The synchronization of Qi with the world had been decreased such that the words were still acknowledgeable, even if invisibility was still effectively maintained. The reason for this choice was slightly complex, it was more than simply the strategic desire to be out of sight.

Yes...it would seem that the world had made him the bearer of not one, but two curses. The only question was if he would ever be forced to use it.

"My own capabilities are well-suited to an open area like a plain, and the capability of vision there ought to be rather useful. If that's not conducive with everyone else, I'm capable of operating anywhere."

William Ellis heaved out a joyous laugh as he spread his arms wide. In his own mind he was taking in the light of the World itself, basking in his own glory for what he had managed to achieve. 

To a bystander, he appeared as the sort of individual who should be tackled and arrested for going onto a chlld soccer field.

"I, William Ellis, welcome you back to the world, my partner!"

Though it is a mistake to call the idiotic "foolish". William Ellis, or as that one Lord of the Clock Tower called him, "Quick Disks," was certainly idiotic, but he was no fool. As he spoke, Clairvoyance was naturally used on the Servant before him, and the inscription of runes upon the stone tablets he carried began.

"Now, Rider, what would you say about going on a walk around this landmass? I've of course seen the maps and whatnot, but it helps to legitimately see the landscape ahead of time, don't you think?"
