While I am hesitant to commit American boys to a fully integrated force, I [b]shall commit to send 5000 American troops and the naval assets they require to Peking and the surrounding area.[/b] They shall cooperate with any Western nation who also sends troops to the area, but there primary focus shall be to rescue foreign nationals of Western nations from the rebellion that has embroiled the region. Let it be known that any foreign national rescued shall be transported to the Philippines, where they can stay until they receive transport home from their own nation or that of a nation who shall provide them transport to their home.

To the French Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, the United States of America would like to extend our thanks that you have also seen fit to support the foreign nationals who have been caught in the fire of this rebellion in China. [b]The United States of America would also like to echo Russia's call upon Germany to provide assistance as well as call upon the Kingdom of Portugal to come to service, seeing as both of these nations have their own interests within the region.[/b]
