Gareth sighed deeply as the warrior with nothing else on him but speed retreated into the darkness. That man couldn't charge them again without serious injury, but soon Harker knew he'd be on their trail again. The squire needed to prepare for that. Swords and bulky armor were no match for agility, and the assassin's only weakness seemed to be taking on two people at once with the proper positioning. The next time they challenged him, they needed to get him in the right spot. They needed to fight together as hard as they could and disarm him quickly to leave him with nothing to fight with. Most importantly, the next time they challenged him, they needed to kill him for good. Gareth decided that they finally had the upper hand in getting their vengeance. The identity of the third party was beginning to emerge from the shadows, and soon it would be unable to hide as the curtains withdrew. "Thank you." He said to Eva, in regards to his shot. "I wouldn't have made it without your help." He nodded and started running in Sophia's direction, calling her name. "Sophia! He has left us!"
