"Very well, Master. Surveying the land beforehand is a good tactic. Hmm hmm... As expected of the one who summoned me. And I must admit I am curious to see how this era had developed from mine." "A lot has changed, and I've never been to this place before. It'd be nice to check out the city a bit." The city was..... huge. Buildings that stretched up to the sky, these moving cars rushing through the streets. Had Lancer not been filled with knowledge of this era beforehand, she would have suspected sorcery or some sort of divine trick. That or she drank too much with.... She closed her eyes for a moment, remembering the past she was once in. In any case, she was a bit impressed with most everything. Knowing about them was different to actually seeing them in person. If someone were to tell her in the past there would be moving boxes powered by the liquified remains of things long past dead, she'd slay them for lying, and just because she didn't like people spouting random things at her. There seemed to be a lot of food in this age; there were vendors selling hotdogs and the likes. Though, like the city she came from, there were traces of filth and poverty, if one were to look in the right place. The streets they walked through certainly makes it seem the city was prospering; there were a lot of people walking about, people in shops selling all manner of goods, those people giving out free things, and those people holding those signs certainly seemed nice. "'Repent for the end is near?' I see, so you have oracles in this age as well."
