Nadeline glared daggers at him, the two equally matching their anger. She probably would've hit him already if years of restraint weren't on her, that and it was just unladylike to start a fight. Still, the way he mentioned he didn't care angered her even more. To her, he was just being ignorant. It didn't even matter about his status--prince, sky pirate, peasant, whatever. Many innocent people would suffer, and he was basically spitting in her face. She had worked much too hard to avoid this war, and wanted to do whatever it too if it meant the peoples' lives would be spared. "If that is what you truly feel, then why did you bother saving Emiri when you did? Surely you could have just walked away, but you didn't. It may be a personal matter for that instance, but if those are your true feelings, you may as well hand her over now and spare us both the wasted time." She snapped. "Run away all you like, there are certain things in life we all must face whether we like it or not."
