Supposedly Romania called for peace through a PM with Russia. I never received a notice and as far as I know Thor hasn't informed anyone (if it turns out Romania did call for peace).

Or maybe Sol, who messaged me asking why I'm still beating up Romania, is just really confused.

EDIT: I am leaning towards the second possibility (that Sol is just cray-cray) since Romania and the Ottomans still had orders against us.
