Care to explain how Haruka is like Sakura (and Lee)? Personally I can understand the Lee-bit, but I've seen her more like a Suigetsu-kind of gal.

Now that I've thought about it I think Shou is most like Neji or Shino. They're both very firm, decisive guys who stick to their philosophy. Both are calm and collected through anything they encounter. Actually he might be a bit more like Shino because Shou's also quiet and likes to keep his distance. 
Both Neji and Shino likes to watch their opponent and wait for an opening before they strike at a weak point. 

I think he's the least like Lee, Naruto and Kiba. They're all loud and impulsive people that are very hands-on with whatever they do.
