False the ten percent rule is everything normal we do with about another eighty percent used subconsciously that "we" never use consciously like healing, mental state and the like. Their is however a percentage of our brain that isn't used at all in fact some of its like a small gap in our brain that suggests that humans will sometime in the future evolve another step up form our current state.
