Either use the Terror Form of his weapon to create something akin to a that can move in a single direction and even up walls, or ride the sheer recoil from the Destroyer Form into a deadly improvised jet pack. Except replace jets with bullets. Lots and lots of bullets. Good for getting him to point A to B (Or into the fray of a fight) but either methods aren't very good for delicate maneuvering. Here's an illustration of how the Destroyer Form would look like, but with a less aerodynamic design and like, ten thousand more bullets.
