J'onn shook his head, "We can't know specifically what it would look like but Mister Terrific, Steel, and Atom have managed to construct a rough profile of it's probable specifications, properties, and unique signatures. We're calibrating our scanners to pick up likely candidates for such a device but we can't have complete certainty. At that time of night most of the guards and at least a few of the villains, would be sleeping so if some way were found to keep them permanently out of the battle that would be best. Your infiltration specialty is particularly useful for this." J'onn smiled at Ray and put his hand on his shoulder, "We want to move in while they're still licking their wounds. If we wait too long the Society will move on and be free to gather it's strength. It'll be a while before we can amass significantly more of the Roster and by then they probably would have abandoned the island. As to why I won't be joining you, I will be there in mind. I will facilitate telepathic communications and provide support any way I can but there are other duties that require my physical presence. Rest assured if the situation calls for it I will not leave you." J'onn still smiled and nodded at Ray, "I want to give all of you a chance to show what you're made of. You can do this Ray, you just have to believe it." J'onn turned to the whole group, "This will be one of your toughest assignments yet but if you work together, use your heads, and keep your cool you'll all make it out. I must take my leave. Good luck." With that J'onn walked out of the briefing room. Vibe ran a hand through his hair nervously. He had powers sure but he'd never thrown down with villains without one of the more experienced members backing him up. Crimson Fox seemed nervous as well. She'd been involved in the Ultimen Attack but that was different, a brawl against mindless enemies. In fact the rest of the team seemed nervous, only Creeper seemed unconcerned whistling to himself. Vibe cleared his throat, "Ok well I guess the first thing to do is pick a leader." Creeper raised his hands jumping up and down, "Oh oh oh! Do me! Do me! I wanna be it! I'll be a great leader! We'll all get to die together!" Vibe stared flatly at Creeper impressive with sunglasses, "No Creeper." Fox put a hand on Creeper's shoulder and giggled, "Oui, Jack. We need someone a little more... cautious as leader." Creeper hung his head and said, "Awwww. Ok I guess." Fox smiled and kissed Creeper on the cheek which made him go, "Yowza!" And flip backward in the air fist-pumping before landing on the floor. Crimson Fox smiled again, "I do not believe I'd be a very good leader." Vibe sighed, "Yeah, I don't think I could be either. I don't have enough experience." Crimson Fox turned to the other three, "What about you? I know Ray isn't as experienced either. But maybe you'd like to take command Sand?" Vivian smiled at Cynthia and sidled up to her, wrapping an arm around her hip, she giggled, "I wouldn't mind taking orders from you either." It was all Vibe could do to not drool, but again Creeper just let it drip to the floor. Vibe shook his head, "Well whoever goes, I'm thinking the first thing we do is land in the jungle. Maybe take out patrols they might have, me and Sand slip on uniforms. Gypsy, Fox, and Creeper can stay hidden pretty well and Ray can just conjure up a uniform." Creeper raised a hand, "We can probably check out the place, see what's there to see. Then we send Cindy to use some of Sandy's night-night gas. We'll have less people to have fun with but it'd be smart." Vibe blinked, "That actually was smart Jack." Vivian nodded, "Yes. Then we can find someone to interrogate. Ask about defenses, where the tech is, anything we need. I could probably handle that but if not any one of us could do it really. What do you guys think?"
