I believe that Keyguy said that I could still join this if I wanted to, so, duck, may I? I really have nothing much other than look for new roleplays, because Skyrim is a douche and keeps crashing, Steam won't download any new games, and Space Engineers won't frickin download any new mods. 

And I assure you, I'm not in it for glory and conquest. I may not be doing very many smaller-scale postings of a certain few individuals, or a group, and more of just statistical/media type of view. And while I will have a technologically-focused nation, it won't be of war. They'd rather enter an alliance and let someone else send their people to death than participate in a war themselves.

Now, if I am allowed to join, what countries/territories are open for the taking?
