Cypher can only see the past histories of objects she touches
Think of her as a camera that sees what ever happens around it
She can see Blink pop in an out of locations where she's viewing but unless she touches Blink she has no view of where she goes or what she's done
Now if blink dropped an earring or other external item off her person then Cypher could read that but if say she tried to read the money Blink just gave Vulture all she'd see is what was revealed when in was out of her pocket or purse
