1-	It’s all up to you – we don’t have (and don’t want to have) a set time-table for that. 

2-	If an arch was killed recently and reincarnated, how apparent would it be to the angelic community that the reincarnation was an arch in their previous life? – That’s up to you again. When they reincarnate (usually) angels are like parasites attached to a human body – and that body is always entirely or mostly different. However your case can always be special, plus we haven’t had anyone reincarnate in that time-period so we have no set rules.

3-	No, they’re unaware of the mechanics and just know that it works. Reason being that the Void is one of those things that transcends human (or otherwise) existence and knowledge and they can only guess how it operates. Very few even know about the rifts and for all they know, Weather angels appear on random.

4-	It comes in parts.

5-	They are pretty resilient although demons have been known to eating them for their essence. I’d say they’re something akin toooo… I dunno, as tough as teeth but less brittle? If that makes any sense? For your own purposes and since no one else has yet expressed an interest in that question, feel free to suggest.

6-	The way the archangel thing works is the following: every angel started off knowing all those various things but as time passed they concentrated on one aspect they liked to do more. They became better at it. They respectively forgot about all their other skills. (This all happens generation after generation and reincarnation after reincarnation.) However, despite their abilities in one aspect increasing, their biology changed (due to them mixing with humans). So in the end they become specialists in one certain area but they’re physically as strong as humans and not much more resilient. SO when they try to remember their past lives their human essence/soul/mind/heart could crash. Like trying to learn so much for an exam that you overwork your brain and it shuts down on you. That’s why it’s also getting harder the further back you go – since there are only so many memories and emotions you can take before they drive you insane and you lose touch of reality. 

7-	A weather angel will still be stuck to her rift BUT the firther away she moves from being a purely weather angel, the more she can move around.

8-	It would be equally hard because in the end you ARE still reliving every second of the past 7000 years.
