Tomi is slim and fair-skinned. He has no notable scars or tattoos, but there are leopard-like spots speckled across his upper back . It's the same pattern that once littered Hakidasu's entire body.

Being the reincarnation of Gen'yu Hakidasu, Tomi has the ability to produce/control fire and crude oil. He's able to use one or both elements on a whim, and create highly explosive techniques. As a flame user, Tomi can use heat emission to empower his metal bat or melt objects. He can also project a stream of fire from his mouth like a flamethrower. Those are just a few examples of his pyrotechnic feats.

His trade as an oil bender is equally impressive. Tomi can secrete petroleum (crude oil) from any orifice on his body. Meaning Tomi's able to cover his entire figure in oil, or spit the substance from his mouth. He's also been know to slip between tight spaces to elude thugs with this ability. The applications are endless.
