You could use this [url=http://mrnussbaum.com/oldmaps-play/]Map maker[/url]. I use it all the time to make maps. I arrange it how I want my areas to look screen shot it and then edit it. 

So according to you're answers I'm going to have to do a bit of editing on my history and it'll be just a bit longer before I can get it up.. So sorry.
