[center][i][b]Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun, is in a state of war. Chaos has sprung among the clans of old, as villages are razed and the blood of samurai stain the fields. In the wake of destruction, warlords rise up to power to take the chaos head-on, and to usher Japan into an age of peace. However, with the strength of the gods in his hands, Lord Oda Nobunaga, The Demon King, has risen to power in Owari to take Japan as his own...[/i][/b][/center]
[center][i]This Rp is set in the Sengoku Jidai, or Warring States Period of Japan. During this time, there was a large political upheaval that caused the Daimyo's to take matters into there own hands, which in turn caused fighting among the many clans.[/center][/i]
[center][b]~Rules~[/b][/center]
[center][b]1. No Godmodding or anything of such.[/center][/b]
[center][b]2. There will be elements of fantasy in here of course, but let's try to keep it realistic.[/center][/b]
[center][b]3. Romance is allowed, but keep it PG.[/center][/b]
[center][b]4. Violence will be heavy, considering this was the Sengoku Jidai. Be prepared for gruesome stuff when it happens.[/center][/b]
[center][b]5. Swearing is also allowed, but try to keep it to a minimum.[/center][/b]
[center][b]6. Guns were present during this age, but they were muskets. VERY slow to reload weapons. You can have a musket and a flintlock, they even had hand cannons. Remember though, these were only effective in large numbers, so it's best to have a melee weapon after firing a shot.

[b][i]Personality:[/b][/i] A calm and collective boy, Mitsuhide is easily a very comfortable person to be around. Unfortunately, his gentle nature is easily taken as weakness, revealing a much stronger side of his. In most situations, he is seen with acts of bravery. However, there are times when he even misunderstands something or brushes it off as not being anything of importance, much to his disadvantage. Despite being a very courageous young man, Mitsuhide has a fear of cats, strangely enough.
[b][i]Biography:[/b][/i] Found drifting down the bay outside of Edo as a baby inside of a basket, Mitsuhide was taken in by a Merchant to become an adopted son and learn the ways of art. Growing up in Edo was harsh for Mitsuhide and his adopted father, but with the skills he learnt, they were able to afford a decent living. When his adopted father passed away, Mitsuhide bought a much larger house in the middle class district, where he continued to paint and become a successful seller in Edo. During this time, he took classes in Aikido, and has since become a very well known citizen in Edo.
