Vine whip should be at 3, tackle might have gotten a few bars up, and you decide whether or not Void Whip levels up.
As for Hex, Gust should be at about 4 by now.
Anthony's Tackle should now be just about level 1 and a half {|||||-----}
Celes' Hidden Power should be at level 2, and Swift should be at level two, as well.
As for the rest, just ask them how often they've been using their moves, and what they think they should be at.
